Pacific Tree Frog/Pacific Chorus Frog (Pseudacris regilla) Pacific Tree Frogs are up to 2" in size, and are usually greenish or brownish. They had a variety of calls, including a traditional "ribbit", and in spring, they can form loud choruses. They lay eggs in the detritus of the pond. |

American Bullfrog (Rana catesbeiana) Bullfrogs make a repetitive low sound like a cello and males form loud choruses in spring. They are 4-6". They are invasive in our area and threaten native amphibians and fish. |
